 Dogs of Chile  It seems that the dogs of Chile are like the cats of Rome.  They are everywhere just running around wild.  They have no homes and are everybody's best friend.  I have yet to see a dog sanctuary like the cat sanctuary in Rome.  

A group or pack of dogs neandering on the beach of Niebla.	The same pack venturing up the stairs.	This one says maybe if I look pitiful enough someone will give me food.
